January programme gives us the usual options of a steady 6/7 miles and
the longer 10/11miles. Some people will be going further by doing extra
before the 9:30 start time and then re-joining the start of our runs.

Saturday 4th Jan Grasby....park village hall car park
Saturday 11th Jan Swallow....park in pub car park or on the road.
Saturday 18th Jan Clickem....park in pub car park but away from the pub
or on road side if too many cars
Saturday 25th January Binbrook....park in village hall car park
