As always these runs start at 9:30, although sometimes runners do extra
by meeting earlier but always join the 9:30 start after their extra
mileage. The runs are usually 10/11 miles and there is also now a
shorter option of around 6/7 miles which is at a very steady pace.

Saturday 5th October Grasby, park at village hall,
Saturday 12th October Barnoldby-le-Beck, park in the carpark behind the
church,
Saturday 19th October Binbrook, park in the village hall car park, ALSO DENIS LAKE RUN, KEELBY
Saturday 26th October Clickem Inn, park in pub car park as far away from
the pub as possible.
